4 consecutive miles on the path. Mile one felt super slow and hard. Mile two felt good and that’s where I decided to turn around at 2 instead of 2.5 because the path was just me and I was without a cellphone or mace. Mile 3 felt like it took forever and my legs were getting heavier and heavier. I decided to run to 4 and do a mile on the track. Mile 4 I was becoming more thirsty and knew I needed to stop and drink at 4. I did just that and enjoyed big gulps of my tropical nuun. I’m a new nuun user so I’ll update as I use it more. Tropical tasted good though! I stretched some on the track then ran walked a mile and called it a good day. Happy with my 5 miles but now I am superrrrr tired! Nap time? The another 20 later of something !
