It’s been almost a week since I’ve started JM 30 day shred. She says day 5, 6, and 7 you’ll feel a big difference in stamina and I can tell the difference. In my push ups I can do almost all of them in the time and jumping jacks, as easy as they are they are they can be difficult too! But they too are easier. The squat with an shoulder press are still tiring as well as getting the mechanics down for the side lunge with a front raise. After JM I ran 5 mins on the tread just because and watched a little of the second level. Last time I did it I gave up because the second level was way too hard! But hopefully since I’m way more determined I’ll just work on through it. I start level 2 on Wednesday! Woohoo
