My body aches. It feels like high school pre season field hockey where it hurts to sit on the toilet in that squaring position or reaching up for a cup. Everything hurts. It’s a good hurt but omg ouch! Had a late workout with an hour of elliptical followed by a turkey carver and sweet potatoes for dinner from Boston market. The sandwich wasn’t as good as I remember it but the sweets were amazing!!! Just those two was 1290 calories. That’s why exercise is so important! I was only around 200 over but it’s all good. One more hard workout before turkey day plus a few miles Thursday am and Jillian of course :). Yay!!!
