Today at the gym I hopped right on the treadmill to crack out 20. Total 30 with walking then did a walk jog run interval for 27 minutes total 31. It was good I would walk at 3.5 jog at 5.0 and run at 5.5. Then toward the end for about 4 intervals I would walk 3.5 run 5.5 run fast at 6.0. Not too shabby for an hours worth of hardwork. Woooohoo

Today’s snack plate consist of laughing cow queso – so good! Pita chips and a hard boiled egg. Not my fav egg but sometimes it’s not about taste.
Dinner looked like a snack plate too another egg hummus and pickle. So good!
