I hate just eating protein bars day in and out. That’s why I love snack plates. a few things that in calorie wise add up to a shake or bar and it makes you feel like you can eat normal food and be controlled and portioned. My snack plate of the week is : pepper jack string cheese although I am dissapointed with the 7g fat. Spinach and artichoke sabra hummus and great value sea salt pita chips! a great pre workout snack or middle of day snack. 238 cals! Do itttt
