Had a great weekend! Lots of family time that was spent doing lots of half health adventures. “What time is it?” Me: um 10:24. “No!!! It’s adventure time!” Indeed it was.
Googled for a recipe and Sandra Lee’s came up. I don’t like corn or peppers in stuff so hers was a winner. Very basic and easy although I quadrupled the garlic – it’s now sweating through my skin :). I would make these again but next time id add even more garlic and maybe stuff it with feta or something.
4 miles 2 in the am 2 more in the pm. Felt good. Gotta keep it going. Um half marathon on the 29th and i refuse to bail out on my bday. Woo.
Pumpkin spice waffles are amazing. ESP paired with strawberries.
A veggie patty for dinner. Looks like cat food taste great. Love me some subway veggie patty but beware its a specialty so it’s not $5 darn!
