After being sick all week and absolutely no exercise… 10 miles was hard! Very hard. Ran 7 and walked ran the final 3. Probably walked just under 1 mile out of 10. I’ll take it! My longest mile was 15 and quickest was 10:03. They were all 10’s, 11’s, and 12’s. Woo! Relaxed much of the rest of the day which was good and felt good! It’s gonna be a long week followed up by a mini goofy next weekend! 10k sat and half sun! Woohoo
