So I’ve been seeing protein pancakes on blogs forever! I had a pancake craving today and after my original lunch plan was squashed because of a moldy avocado I thought perfect timing to try this out!
So many different recipes! I took some ideas from all! So thanks to all of you protein pancake Bloggers!
So ingredients I used were:
1 packet chocolate chip oats
1 packet high fiber cinnamon oats
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 handful chia seeds
Topped with pb (broke the hiatus)
Amazing! The possibilities are endless with this recipe. They were dense and hearty! I’ll have to try adding some yogurt or Apple sauce to the mix. Tomorrow I’m going to try vanilla and add some mango.
